Creative Schools at Nationalmuseum

Creative Schools is the Swedish government’s program to integrate cultural and artistic expression into years 7–9 of the comprehensive school curriculum.

If you’re interested in working with Nationalmuseum to design a project as part of the Creative Schools program, please get in touch. If we’re going to be involved, we need you to give us plenty of notice.

Remember that only the school’s governing body (the municipal school board or the board of an independent school or residential school) can apply. Individual public schools cannot apply. English-language schools in Sweden can also apply for project funding under the Creative Schools program.

If you have ideas for a joint project, please contact Veronica Hejdelind, schools program manager. Email: This is a mailto link. Tel: +46 8 5195 4393.

For more information about the funding program, see the Swedish Arts Council website.
