Dutch Drawings in Swedish Public Collections

The text presented here is the preliminary draft for a catalogue of Dutch Drawings in the Nationalmuseum and other public collections in Sweden, scheduled to be published in 2012.
It is volume ten in the series of Drawings in Swedish Public Collections begun in 1972, and the model is basically the same. The text comprises an short introduction, a list of abbreviations, and entries linked with digital reproductions. The catalogue is compiled by Börje Magnusson, curator at the Dpt. of prints and drawings 1972-1992.

The entries are arranged alphabetically by artist in three sections:
1. 17th century drawings
2. 18th and 19th century drawings
3. anonymous drawings. Each artist´s works is a separate document containing one or more drawings

To facilitate consultation the anonymous are divided into six documents by motifs. The number of drawings in each document is indicated in brackets (). Clicking on the respective heading opens up a list of artists or motifs.
