Moonilena has released music on labels including Studio Barnhus, Huntleys + Palmers, Fasaan Recordnings, and the experimental record label Moloton, which she also runs. Under her own name, she also creates sound and music for audiovisual installations, including collaborations with artist Lap-See Lam and composer Linus Hillborg.
