We’re celebrating the opening of the new children’s exhibition Colour! with a whole weekend full of colourful activities. Experience the exhibition, try out and create with colour in the studios, and join a vibrant workshop with Cirkus Cirkör. For children aged 6–12 and their curious adults. Free admission for everyone!

The exhibition Colour!
Step into the rainbow and become a colour explorer! Colour! is a sensory and playful exhibition that invites you to experiment with light and experience colour with your whole body. The exhibition rooms are filled with things to discover and questions to explore. What is colour – really? Where does it come from? And how does it affect us? Come explore and play!

Flying Colours – try out juggling with Cirkus Cirkör!
Don’t miss the chance to join a vibrant workshop together with Cirkus Cirkör! The circus educators bring a host of colorful balls, spinning plates, fabrics, and other circus props to the grand South courtyardl, in the heart of the museum. Everyone is welcome to try making the colors fly and play—juggle and balance.

Colourful painting!
Colour festival in the studios
During the opening weekend, the museum’s studios are set up for a color festival. At various stations, there are opportunities to experiment with color, mix, and paint using many different colors and techniques. Here, children and their adults can explore, experiment, and create together. Come and create colour magic!
